Fullstack Engineer (MERN)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend services. You will collaborate closely with engineers across various infrastructure layers to design sophisticated solutions and deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern web technologies, with a solid understanding of GraphQL APIs and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that meet business needs. Build robust frontend applications and integrate them seamlessly with backend services to provide a smooth user experience. Collaborate effectively with engineers and developers across different infrastructure layers to solve complex problems and design innovative solutions. Translate designs, wireframes, and mockups into clean, composable, and efficient code that aligns with project requirements. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying bottlenecks, resolving bugs, and optimizing code. Define, design, and ship new features in collaboration with the product and engineering teams. Work extensively with GraphQL APIs, utilizing Apollo Server and Apollo Client to optimize data queries and mutations. Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in React.js and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems and best practices. Experience working with Next.js to build server-side rendered applications. Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, including expertise in DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Solid backend development experience using Node.js and familiarity with package managers such as NPM and Yarn. Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs, specifically using Apollo Server and Apollo Client or URQL for efficient data management. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web styling tools to create visually appealing and responsive interfaces. Familiarity with Azure PostgreSQL for database management and Nginx for web server configuration. Understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in scalable applications. Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA to manage tasks and workflows effectively. Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git, to maintain code integrity and collaboration. Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline development and release cycles. Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative improvements and adapt to changing requirements.
