Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist with expertise in creating real-time 3D models, augmented and virtual reality projects, and interactive simulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Blender for detailed modeling, sculpting, rigging, texturing, and animation, as well as proficiency in the Unity 3D Engine for lighting, rendering pipelines, and asset integration. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design principles and the ability to utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance project quality. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop real-time 3D models and immersive AR/VR projects or simulations that meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize Blender extensively for creating detailed models, sculpting characters and environments, rigging for animation, applying textures, and producing animations.
- Employ Unity 3D Engine to set up lighting, manage rendering pipelines, and integrate assets seamlessly into the project environment.
- Apply core graphic design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout to ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal across all digital assets.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite tools—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects—to create and refine textures, graphics, and visual effects that complement 3D assets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally within the team environment to facilitate smooth workflow and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in 3D modeling, sculpting, rigging, texturing, and animation using Blender.
- Proficiency with Unity 3D Engine, particularly in lighting setup, rendering pipelines, and asset integration.
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
