Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting lead generation and client engagement efforts across various platforms, including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate will assist in nurturing potential client relationships, scheduling meetings, and contributing to the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation activities primarily through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
- Maintain ongoing conversations with prospects using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings between prospects and senior business development executives.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with leads to introduce Agile ManageX and generate interest.
- Assist in updating and maintaining lead sheets, CRM databases, and tracking tools to monitor outreach progress and sales pipeline status.
- Contribute to the creation of sales-related content and proposals to support the business development team’s efforts.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with experienced business development executives to learn the fundamentals of negotiating and closing deals.
