Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Laundry Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laundry outlet. This role involves managing all aspects of laundry and dry cleaning services for both walk-in and online customers, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing staff and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all services, including washing, drying, ironing, packaging, and dry cleaning.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to guarantee that all laundered items meet company specifications for cleanliness and presentation.
- Supervise the entire outlet operation, encompassing staff management, customer service, laundry processing, inventory control, and facility cleanliness.
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks for riders, pressmen, and cleaners, maintaining continuous communication to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage laundry pickup and delivery logistics by planning optimal routes and ensuring timely execution of orders.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining service excellence.
- Collect and analyze operational data to update performance metrics, drive productivity improvements, reduce operational costs, minimize errors, and enhance overall service quality.
