Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the establishment and growth of our pilot service center. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial setup and staffing to daily operations and regional expansion. The ideal candidate will act as the project owner, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and launch of the pilot service center, ensuring all phases of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and project owner, coordinating efforts among internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of staff for the service center, building a capable and motivated team.
- Establish and maintain a reliable supply chain for all necessary products and supplies, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service center with a strong focus on sales performance, margin improvement, and overall profitability.
- Plan and execute the expansion of service centers to additional locations, scaling operations while maintaining service quality.
- Manage and support the operations of all service centers within the assigned region, ensuring consistent standards and operational success.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, launches are successful, and ongoing operations meet or exceed business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to handle complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Background in retail business operations, particularly within the lubricating oil or service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage supply chains and negotiate with suppliers to achieve business goals.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working with lubricating oil marketing companies is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
