Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Remote Operations & Administration Executive to join our team full-time. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations, coordinating effectively with employees and contractors, and ensuring seamless administrative workflows. The position is fully remote and requires flexibility to work on a rotating roster that covers both business and non-business hours aligned with Australian time zones. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls and messages efficiently, ensuring timely and professional communication. You will update and maintain timesheets for employees, as well as organize and schedule daily rosters for both staff and contractors. Monitoring and logging daily activities to guarantee smooth operations is essential. Additionally, you will assist the accounts department with payroll preparation and handle the collection and maintenance of employment documentation from staff members.
Conducting regular welfare checks on workers to ensure their well-being is a key part of this role. You will also manage and respond to emails professionally, coordinate daily operational matters with employees and contractors, and maintain ongoing communication with the Operations Team to support task execution and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of A-Level or Intermediate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with team members and external contacts.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Applicants should have access to a laptop or computer equipped with power backup, a stable internet connection, and noise-cancelling headphones to ensure uninterrupted remote work. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster is critical, covering business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST/AEDT, as well as non-business hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM AEST/AEDT, depending on the schedule.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs40,000.00 to Rs60,000.00, reflecting the responsibilities and expectations of the role.
