Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of HR management experience and possess a thorough understanding of employee laws and regulations. This role demands strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office suite is essential to effectively manage and support our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing employment contracts, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and up to date. You will oversee the recruitment and hiring processes, working to attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company’s goals. Accurate monitoring and management of employee attendance records will be a critical part of your duties. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and enforce office policies designed to foster a productive and positive work environment. Efficient handling of HR administrative tasks will support the smooth functioning of organizational operations. Lastly, you will play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, helping to maintain a healthy and engaging workplace culture.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in HR management, demonstrating a solid understanding of employee laws and regulations to ensure full compliance. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential to perform the role effectively. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is required to support various HR functions seamlessly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. We offer a competitive salary starting from Rs60,000.00 per month.
