Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing employment contracts, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and up to date. You will oversee the recruitment and hiring processes, working to attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company’s goals. Accurate monitoring and management of employee attendance records will be a critical part of your duties. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and enforce office policies designed to foster a productive and positive work environment. Efficient handling of HR administrative tasks will support the smooth functioning of organizational operations. Lastly, you will play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, helping to maintain a healthy and engaging workplace culture.

We offer a competitive salary starting from Rs60,000.00 per month.
