Job Summary
Knowza Learning Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in design principles, brand identity, and digital media requirements. This role demands hands-on experience in producing compelling visual content for websites, social media channels, and product designs. We are looking for a proactive individual who can independently manage both static and motion-based content, translating ideas into visually engaging designs with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and brand-aligned content for websites, digital platforms, and social media channels.
- Develop and edit short-form videos, animations, and reels tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Design templates and marketing assets to support campaigns across multiple brands, blogs, and product launches.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and deliver innovative design solutions that meet project goals.
- Ensure consistency in all visual materials by carefully managing layout, typography, and color schemes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and digital tools to continually enhance content quality and relevance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio showcasing both design and video editing capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of branding, design systems, and marketing funnel strategies.
- Knowledge of social media dynamics, content pacing, and platform-specific design standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in motion graphics and basic animation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with additional design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Exposure to designing for UK-based brands or international digital campaigns will be considered a plus.
- This is a full-time, in-person role with office hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 60,000 to Rs 65,000.
