Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at our DHA Phase 8 Lahore office. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, skilled in content creation, audience engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent brand messaging. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will conduct thorough research on current industry benchmarks and audience preferences to shape effective social media strategies. You will design and implement comprehensive social media plans that support the company’s overall goals while setting clear targets and regularly reporting on return on investment (ROI).

Daily tasks include generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content such as original text, photos, videos, and relevant news updates. Monitoring SEO performance and web traffic metrics is essential to optimize content reach and effectiveness.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Engaging with followers by promptly responding to queries and monitoring customer reviews will help foster a strong online community.

You will also oversee the visual design elements of social media accounts, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts. Proposing and implementing new features like promotions and competitions to boost brand awareness is expected.

Staying up to date with emerging technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications is critical to keeping our strategies fresh and competitive.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating hands-on expertise with content management systems. Strong copywriting skills are essential, with the ability to craft compelling text, images, and video content that resonates with diverse audiences.

A solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is required to effectively measure and improve campaign performance. Familiarity with online marketing channels and web design principles will support your ability to create cohesive digital experiences.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to engage internal teams and external audiences effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment are also important.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required to ensure a foundational understanding of marketing principles.
