Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of modern digital marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated campaigns from initial concept through to successful execution. This full-time, in-person role requires working the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM. The role demands close collaboration with the marketing team, programming department, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Execution:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. This includes planning and executing a variety of digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, marketing databases, and display advertising. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, with a focus on evaluating results against ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content Creation and Management:
Create, manage, and optimize digital content across multiple platforms including the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design effective landing pages and enhance the overall user experience, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with marketing goals.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization to improve search engine rankings. Implement SEO best practices and work alongside the development team to ensure these practices are integrated into new website code and updates, driving organic traffic growth.
Social Media Management:
Manage the company’s presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant networks. Develop tailored, shareable content to boost brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth on each platform.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer journey across multiple digital channels and touchpoints. Optimize conversion points and user funnels by leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords. Generate detailed performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement through testing and new initiatives.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work collaboratively with external agencies and vendor partners to enhance campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing technologies and trends, providing thought leadership to support their adoption when beneficial. Lead and coordinate with the internal marketing team to develop and implement impactful digital marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs100,000 to Rs125,000.
