Job Summary
Kaya Systems is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our in-house editorial team at our office in Siddique Trade Centre, Gulberg II, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 70,000 to 100,000. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a solid grasp of SEO best practices, capable of producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats such as blog posts, guides, website content, product descriptions, and marketing materials. This position requires close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that effectively engage diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to generate original, relevant content.
- Produce clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate content for blogs, websites, product descriptions, and social media channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content tailored for advertising campaigns.
- Apply SEO techniques to optimize content for better visibility and increased website traffic.
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Revise and enhance existing content to improve readability and tone.
- Develop compelling headlines and persuasive body copy that capture the audience’s attention.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to seamlessly integrate visual elements with written content.
- Manage and publish content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Submit content for review and incorporate feedback to refine the final output.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a content writer.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating published work is mandatory.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Lahore before starting employment, as this position is strictly on-site and full-time.
