Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Branch Manager to lead the operations of our pharmacy branch in Bahawalpur. Key Responsibilities
As the Pharmacy Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch’s operations. This includes ensuring smooth workflow and delivering excellent customer service at all times. You will supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering professionalism and accuracy in medication dispensing.

Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies is critical. You will oversee inventory management by handling procurement, stock control, and minimizing wastage to optimize resources. Developing and implementing strategies aimed at increasing profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction will be a key focus.

Coordination with suppliers and healthcare professionals is essential to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain and efficient service delivery. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping. Promptly resolving customer concerns to uphold the branch’s reputation is also part of your role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Pharm-D, Graduation, or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmacy management or a similar capacity is required. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and customer service principles is essential.

Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills, and organizational capabilities are necessary to succeed in this role. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Bahawalpur.
