Job Summary
Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Sales Executive-Front to join their team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in design sales, particularly within the web, design, and development sectors. This role focuses on driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and project management. The position requires working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM and offers a competitive salary along with additional benefits based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and meeting sales goals. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports for senior management are essential components of this role. The candidate will actively promote company services through outbound calls and client engagement, maintaining a friendly and attentive approach when interacting with customers.

Achieving monthly sales targets consistently is a critical part of the job. This includes conducting timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients and leveraging strong selling and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. The role requires a deep understanding of clients’ specific needs to offer tailored design solutions that add value.

Managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads is vital, including converting leads generated through platforms like Bark.com by clearly communicating the benefits of the company’s design services. Experience with sales platforms such as Bark.com and Discord will be utilized for front-end sales activities. Additionally, identifying upselling opportunities and collaborating with the team to maximize customer value are key responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ proven experience in front sales, preferably within the design, web, or development industries. A demonstrable track record of success in sales and upselling within the design sector is essential. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative selling approach, are required to succeed in this role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to engage effectively with clients. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, results-driven, and possess strong time management abilities. The ability to work the specified night shift hours is mandatory. Leadership skills to guide and support team members effectively will be considered an advantage.
