Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Prospecting & Outreach Coordinator to join our financial services team in a fully remote role. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients across targeted sectors including domiciliary and care agencies, healthcare recruitment agencies, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in lead generation and outreach, utilizing multi-channel communication strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective clients using a variety of tools such as Google, LinkedIn, and industry-specific databases, following clearly defined criteria. Your focus will be on sectors like domiciliary and care agencies, healthcare recruitment agencies, pharmacies, and other categories as assigned by the management.
A key part of your role will involve sourcing and verifying director-level email addresses to ensure high deliverability rates. You will establish initial contact with directors and decision-makers primarily through LinkedIn, building relationships that pave the way for further engagement.
In addition to digital outreach, you will execute physical mail campaigns using Stannp to enhance our outreach efforts. Follow-up calls will be conducted to gauge prospect interest and qualify leads effectively.
Supporting the broader business development team, you will also assist with CRM updates, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and helping with marketing campaigns and distribution of marketing materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree. You should have at least three years of proven experience in lead generation, outreach, telemarketing, or sales roles. A minimum of two years’ experience cold calling native English speakers is essential.
Advanced prospecting skills using Google, LinkedIn, and industry databases are required, along with expertise in email and LinkedIn outreach techniques. Familiarity with Stannp for managing physical mail campaigns is also necessary.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. You must be comfortable working fixed hours from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Pakistan Time, including a 30-minute unpaid break.
Recent experience (within the last six months) in appointment-setting roles is required. Candidates must be based in Pakistan and be comfortable participating in phone and video meetings as part of their daily routine.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable. Basic marketing knowledge to support campaign activities will be an advantage.
This is a full-time remote position with strict adherence to the specified working hours. Flexibility in working hours is not available.
