Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on agricultural products within a 40 km radius covering Multan, Jhang, Faisalabad, Khanewal, and Okara. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products and services to farmers, distributors, and agribusiness clients within the assigned territory. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in the agriculture sector.
Providing technical advice and support to customers regarding product selection, usage, and benefits is a critical part of this position. The representative will also conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets is a key performance expectation.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Proven sales experience within the agricultural industry or a closely related sector is essential. A strong understanding of agricultural products and the broader agricultural market is required to effectively advise and support customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary to build rapport and close sales successfully. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is important for meeting sales objectives and collaborating with colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach will help in addressing client needs effectively.
Applicants must own a bike for transportation within the designated working territory, ensuring mobility and timely client visits.

This is a full-time position offering a fixed monthly salary of Rs35,000, along with additional allowances for fuel and maintenance.
