Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Officer to manage and convert student admission leads effectively. This role involves handling inquiries from prospective students and their parents, guiding them through the entire admission process, successfully closing admissions, and delivering excellent after-sale support. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing inbound leads related to student admissions. This includes promptly following up with prospective students and their parents, providing accurate and helpful information to guide them through the admission process. The primary goal is to convert these leads into confirmed admissions by addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads is essential, whether through phone calls, messages, or face-to-face meetings. The Sales Officer will also maintain and update the lead database regularly using CRM tools or Excel to ensure accurate tracking of progress.
Coordination with internal departments such as admissions and operations is critical to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students. Additionally, the Sales Officer will provide after-sale support by responding to queries, resolving any concerns, and maintaining ongoing engagement with admitted students.
Meeting or exceeding monthly admission targets is a key performance indicator for this role. The Sales Officer will also be required to report daily progress and feedback to their supervisor, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to persuade, guide, and build trust with students and parents alike. A strong understanding of educational programs and admission procedures is essential to provide accurate guidance throughout the process.
