Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the merchandising department to plan and manage product ranges and collections, ensuring they align with both customer preferences and overall business objectives. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy, analyzing sales data, and supporting demand forecasting. Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandiser, you will collaborate with the merchandising team to effectively plan, organize, and manage product ranges and collections. You will prepare and update regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. These insights will guide strategic decision-making and help optimize product availability.

You will assist in forecasting product demand by analyzing sales trends and identifying emerging market opportunities. Coordination with suppliers and vendors is essential to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Additionally, you will support the development and organization of product assortments that resonate with customer preferences and meet business goals. Maintaining accurate data entry and records within relevant systems will be a key part of your role, facilitating efficient product tracking and inventory management.

You will also contribute to the implementation of pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns designed to maximize revenue and enhance market competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, which is mandatory for this position. A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising is required to ensure familiarity with industry practices and processes. The ability to work on-site is essential, as this role requires in-person attendance to effectively collaborate with the team and manage operations.
