Job Summary
Soothsayer Analytics, a global leader in AI and Data Science consulting headquartered in Detroit with a rapidly expanding delivery center in Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join their team. Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of client-facing AI/ML projects. This includes managing the entire project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning to deployment and post-delivery support. You will ensure that all projects meet stringent quality standards, adhere to timelines, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

You will provide technical leadership and guidance on solution architecture, model design, and deployment strategies, working across both cloud and on-premises environments. Your expertise will be critical in shaping scalable and robust AI/ML solutions.

Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists and engineers is a core part of this role. You will foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, encouraging continuous learning and skill development within your team.

You will champion best practices in AI/ML development, including the use of large language models (LLMs), MLOps frameworks, and Agile methodologies. Collaboration with sales teams is also essential, as you will help scope project proposals, estimate effort, and present technical solutions to clients, thereby supporting business growth and enhancing client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 10 to 12 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles managing teams in consulting or client delivery settings.

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential, along with hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs).

You should have practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and integration.

Strong programming skills in Python and R are required, complemented by data engineering expertise using tools such as Apache Spark and Kafka.

Excellent communication skills are critical, with a proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with MLOps tools and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.

Agile or Scrum certification will be considered an advantage, as will relevant cloud certifications like AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Azure AI Engineer.
