Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Shopify Store Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, exceptional customer service, and ongoing improvements to store performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and adept at handling multiple facets of e-commerce operations to support and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire order processing cycle, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics. This involves closely monitoring order status, swiftly addressing any shipping issues, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Managing returns and exchanges efficiently to uphold customer satisfaction is also a critical part of this role. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies aimed at minimizing order cancellations and returns, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking stock movements consistently will be essential. You will forecast inventory needs to guarantee timely replenishment and prevent stock disruptions. Applying effective strategies to reduce both stockouts and excess inventory will be key to optimizing stock levels and supporting smooth store operations.
Team Management:
This role requires effective delegation of tasks to team members, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the team operates efficiently and remains motivated.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with Shopify, WordPress, Daraz, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong customer service skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and order reconciliation.
This position is full-time and based in-person, requiring a hands-on approach to managing store operations. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000, reflecting the importance of this position in contributing to the overall success of our e-commerce business.
