Job Summary
We are a dynamic and expanding company specializing in industrial products and parts, catering to a broad spectrum of clients within Pakistan’s industrial sector. We are currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Call Center team located in Korangi, Karachi. This role involves proactive engagement with industrial clients across Pakistan, introducing our diverse product range, and supporting the sales team through lead generation and coordination of product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to industrial clients throughout Pakistan. You will introduce and clearly explain the company’s extensive range of industrial products and parts, ensuring clients understand the value and applications of our offerings. Collaboration with sales and technical teams is essential to facilitate timely follow-ups and organize product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring continuity in client communication. Delivering exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships is a key focus of this position.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong communication skills in Urdu, with basic proficiency in English considered an advantage. Previous experience in call center operations or telemarketing is preferred, as it will enable you to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently. Basic computer literacy is necessary, including familiarity with Excel, email, and data entry tasks, to manage client information and reporting accurately. We seek individuals who are punctual, self-motivated, and customer-oriented, demonstrating a proactive approach to meeting client needs and supporting the sales process. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Korangi or nearby areas to facilitate timely attendance and local knowledge.

This is a full-time, morning shift position based in Korangi, Karachi. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month, reflecting experience and performance. Additionally, a transport allowance is provided to support your commuting requirements, ensuring convenience and reliability.
