Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager – HR to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the overall HR strategy and managing key HR functions across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes, contributing to a positive work environment and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
- Address employee relations issues by handling grievances and disciplinary matters, fostering a harmonious and productive workplace.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and supporting career progression.
- Oversee attendance monitoring, payroll data entry, and maintain accurate records within the HR Management Information System (HR MIS).
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, keeping the organization compliant with all legal requirements.
- Support performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity and job satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
