Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to design and execute impactful content strategies that support our business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content across multiple platforms, ensuring it is optimized for search engines, and analyzing performance data to continuously improve marketing outcomes. This role demands close collaboration with marketing, design, and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and maximize the effectiveness of our content efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing plans that align with the company’s overall goals. You will produce a variety of engaging content types, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates, tailored to resonate with our target audiences. Conduct detailed keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze content effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and boost results. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure messaging consistency and cohesive branding across all channels.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in developing content strategies and implementing SEO techniques effectively. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential, along with a strong eye for detail. A deep understanding of SEO principles, tools, and industry best practices is required to optimize content successfully. The ability to interpret data analytics and adjust strategies based on performance insights is critical. Additionally, creativity and excellent communication skills are necessary to engage diverse audiences and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Working Hours and Location
This is a full-time role requiring availability from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). The position is based at Wireless Gate, Shamsi Society, National Bank of Pakistan Building, Malir, Karachi.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges between Rs80,000 and Rs100,000.
