Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to enquiries, manage sample requests, and follow up on orders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records, sales documentation, and internal databases.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate showroom visits and assist with daily front office operations, maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Communicate project updates, product availability, and relevant information clearly to clients, supporting ongoing client relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or front-of-house roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with high-end clients.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with general computer use.
- A positive, professional, and polished manner that reflects the premium nature of the brand.
