Job Summary
A well-established and reputable business group is seeking a motivated and professional Female Superintendent to lead the operations of a Girls' Orphanage Centre located in the Bedian Road area of Lahore Cantt. This full-time position involves direct, on-site management of approximately 50 girls and the supporting staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the welfare, safety, and overall development of the children while maintaining an organized and efficient environment. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby due to the nature of the role. The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs60,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Superintendent will oversee the daily functioning of the Girls' Orphanage Centre, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and in the best interest of the children. This includes managing the welfare and safety of around 50 girls, fostering their growth and development in a secure and nurturing environment.

In addition to child supervision, the Superintendent will coordinate and supervise the supporting staff, ensuring that their efforts contribute to a positive, disciplined, and well-organized setting. Implementing and enforcing administrative policies and procedures will be critical to maintaining order and discipline within the centre.

The role also requires maintaining accurate records and reports related to the children’s progress and staff performance. Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of five years’ experience in a supervisory or administrative role, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
