Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the parts department to ensure efficient inventory management, assisting both customers and service technicians with parts inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in automotive parts management combined with strong organizational skills to keep accurate records and support a streamlined workflow.

Key Responsibilities
The Parts Manager will be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts. This includes providing expert guidance to ensure the right components are selected for repairs or upgrades.

You will manage the ordering process by placing timely orders, receiving shipments, and organizing parts and accessories systematically within the inventory. Efficient stocking practices are essential to maintain accessibility and prevent delays.

Handling sales transactions accurately is a core duty, including processing returns and managing warranty claims with attention to detail to uphold customer satisfaction and company policies.

Maintaining precise inventory records is critical. You will regularly reconcile physical stock with inventory data, promptly reporting any discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers is also key. You will coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate favorable terms to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduation degree or its equivalent. Prior experience working in an automotive parts department is essential to understand the nuances of vehicle parts and accessories.

A strong knowledge base of automotive components is necessary to provide accurate assistance to customers and technicians alike.

Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications is expected to efficiently handle stock records and sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or be willing to relocate prior to starting, as the role is based in Islamabad.
