Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Associate Account Director to join our dynamic team based in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing key client accounts, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive business growth. A strong emphasis is placed on building and maintaining robust client relationships, delivering insightful strategic guidance, and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate Account Director will serve as the primary contact for long-term client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will lead the entire campaign lifecycle—from initial planning and briefing through execution and performance analysis—ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and effectively. Collaboration is essential; you will work hand-in-hand with creative, media, strategy, and analytics teams to guarantee smooth project delivery and alignment with client objectives.
Presenting strategic insights and campaign results to clients will be a key part of your role, alongside offering recommendations for future growth. You will also contribute to new business development by preparing compelling proposals, delivering persuasive pitch presentations, and formulating strategies for account expansion. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities will be crucial to driving revenue growth.
Additionally, you will mentor junior account team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team. Your leadership will help nurture talent and ensure high performance across account management functions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. You should have between 4 to 6 years of agency experience in account management, with a preference for those who have worked on digital marketing or brand campaigns. A deep understanding of campaign strategy, client servicing, and digital platforms is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required to effectively engage clients and internal teams. Proficiency in project management and office productivity tools such as Asana, Trello, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is expected. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines are critical. We seek a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a client-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience with new business development and team leadership will be advantageous.

The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000. Please note that this position requires full-time, in-person attendance at our Gulberg office.
