Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Korangi Industrial Area in Karachi. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in plant operations and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior engineers, contributing to production monitoring and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of plant and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent production flow.
- Assist senior engineers with daily operational tasks, including monitoring and analyzing production activities.
- Learn and implement industrial engineering techniques and adhere to industry best practices.
- Actively participate in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and product quality.
- Contribute to quality enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts across the production line.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering from NED University.
- Fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally in the industrial engineering field.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
- Solid technical understanding coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to group objectives.

- Monthly Salary Range: Rs50,000 to Rs80,000
- Work Location: On-site at Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
