You will be responsible for opening new customer accounts by accurately capturing and recording all necessary account information, as well as maintaining and regularly updating existing customer records to ensure accuracy and currency.

Resolving product or service-related issues is a critical part of the role. This involves clarifying customer complaints, identifying the underlying causes, and selecting the most appropriate solutions. You will expedite any necessary corrections or adjustments and follow up diligently to guarantee that all issues are fully resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Managing bookings with airlines and shipping lines efficiently is essential. You will be required to enter and capture data accurately using carriers’ web-based systems, as well as handle job openings by demonstrating proficiency with company software tools. Monitoring shipments from key gateways and preparing all required export documentation are also important responsibilities.

Coordination with sea port and airport staff is a key aspect of the role to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely handover to carriers. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various logistics partners to maintain seamless operations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least a graduate or master’s degree. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, including the ability to navigate web-based carrier systems and company software efficiently.
