Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented HR professional to ensure the efficient and secure management of our company’s human resources functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in preparing and reviewing operational reports, assisting management with budget compilation, and maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures. This role involves leading meetings, recruiting and training administrative staff, delegating responsibilities, and managing personnel records. Additionally, the HR professional will monitor staffing requirements, oversee departmental budget planning, and maintain all relevant databases to support smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s HR functions operate securely and effectively by implementing sound HR practices.
- Prepare, review, and analyze operational reports to aid management in informed decision-making.
- Lead and actively participate in meetings concerning HR and administrative matters.
- Support managers in compiling annual budget data and reports for departmental planning.
- Maintain and regularly update policies and procedures manuals to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational clarity.
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff while delegating tasks appropriately to optimize team performance.
- Create and manage personnel folders for new hires, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in record-keeping.
- Monitor current staffing levels and forecast future needs to align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Oversee the planning and development of the department’s budget to support strategic goals.
- Manage and maintain all departmental databases to ensure efficient access to data and accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Executive, HR Analyst, or similar positions within Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Management software, specifically Jobsite.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full HR cycle and related processes.
- Strong knowledge of Federal and Provincial Labour laws to ensure organizational compliance.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in critical situations.
- Exceptional active listening skills to effectively address concerns from employees and management.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide team members toward achieving objectives.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities to manage workplace disputes professionally and constructively.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- High ethical standards and professionalism in all HR activities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of management experience is advantageous.
- The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
