Job Summary
We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Premises Associate based in Multan. This role primarily involves the installation and configuration of internet and telecommunications equipment at customer locations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues on-site and providing customers with clear guidance on the use and maintenance of their services. This full-time position offers a competitive basic salary complemented by attractive commission incentives. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure internet and telecom equipment at various customer premises efficiently and accurately.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability.
- Provide customers with clear, easy-to-understand instructions on how to use and maintain their internet and telecom services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and customer interactions, to support operational transparency and follow-up.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or a Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or a closely related technical field.
- Hands-on experience and practical knowledge of networking and telecommunications systems, enabling effective installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally and clearly with customers, ensuring they understand technical information and service procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Multan to attend customer sites for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
