Job Summary
Arthur Lawrence, a US-based IT staffing firm with operations in Karachi, is seeking motivated Customer Support Representatives to join its American recruitment domain team. Candidates must be comfortable working US hours from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am PKT. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to American clients primarily via voice calls and email correspondence.
- Efficiently handle client inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a professional, courteous, and friendly approach.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, showcasing strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Adapt to and consistently maintain attendance during US shift timings, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Actively engage in training sessions focused on US recruitment processes to enhance job performance and knowledge.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working on US or Canadian voice campaigns.
- Fluency in English with a clear US accent is essential to ensure effective communication with clients.
- Proven experience working night or evening shifts, preferably aligned with US time zones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 3:00 am PKT, aligning with US business hours.
