Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, onsite basis. This role is pivotal in managing daily human resources activities alongside essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient internal operations. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records is crucial, as is assisting with payroll processing to guarantee timely and error-free salary payments.
Additionally, the role requires ensuring that all HR documentation is completed promptly and that company policies and procedures are consistently adhered to. The candidate will also oversee office management duties, which involve coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and maintaining an organized and professional workplace environment.
Supporting internal communication efforts is another key aspect of this position. The HR & Admin Executive will contribute to employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. This includes assisting with events, communications, and other activities that enhance employee morale and productivity.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles is essential to succeed in this position. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. Familiarity with HR software tools will be considered an advantage, enabling efficient handling of HR processes and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience working in a fast-paced office environment and knowledge of local labor laws will be beneficial. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
