Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a reputable client’s team on a full-time, remote basis. This role primarily focuses on securing projects through Upwork by crafting compelling proposals and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires working a fixed shift from 6 PM to 2 AM and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a related field will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively bid on relevant projects available on Upwork, ensuring alignment with the company’s expertise and goals.
- Develop persuasive, customized proposals and pitches designed to win projects and stand out among competitors.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication to foster trust and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully bidding on and securing projects on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, essential for engaging with clients and preparing effective proposals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a rotational shift schedule, specifically from 6 PM to 2 AM.
