Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Construction Chemicals to join our team based in Lahore or Islamabad. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market footprint for a diverse portfolio of construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions, grouts, sealants, protective coatings, epoxies, and structural re-strengthening materials. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated sales team, foster strong client relationships, and work closely with technical and product development departments to meet evolving market demands and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies will be central to this role, with the goal of increasing market share and consistently meeting monthly revenue objectives. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and technical support staff, ensuring high performance and motivation. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders—including contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement professionals—is essential to drive business growth.
Managing key accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through regular communication and support is a critical part of the role. Collaboration with technical and product development teams will be necessary to customize product offerings that align with market trends and client needs. You will also conduct comprehensive market analysis and monitor competitor activities to adapt sales strategies proactively.
The role requires delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations during client meetings and industry events to showcase product benefits and applications. Maintaining accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management will support effective business planning. Compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies is mandatory. Leveraging an existing professional network within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors will be advantageous for driving sales growth.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of four years’ experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a proven track record in sales management and team leadership within related sectors. A strong understanding of construction chemical products and their practical applications is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently and work on the road to meet client and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 125,000 to 150,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and capabilities. To support field activities, the company provides a 1000cc vehicle along with fuel and mobile allowances in accordance with company policy.
