Job Summary

Traxccel is seeking a seasoned technology leader to define and drive the strategic vision for its comprehensive solutions portfolio, which includes both toolkits and standalone offerings. This pivotal role requires staying current with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and evolving industry trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative, efficient, and distinctly competitive. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to align the solutions roadmap with overarching business objectives, while championing growth, operational excellence, and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining and continuously evolving Traxccel’s solutions roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market dynamics. Leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions will be a core focus, with strict adherence to modern engineering practices and architectural standards.

Your role will include overseeing the selection and integration of platforms, tools, and infrastructure essential to delivering robust solutions. Collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership teams is critical to delivering impactful solutions, guiding teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and DevOps methodologies.

Fostering a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement within engineering teams will be key. You will also participate in technical discussions during sales engagements and provide expert guidance to client delivery teams on technical and architectural matters.

You will own the technology strategy across Data, AI, and Platform Services, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Data Lakehouse architectures, and cloud-native solutions. Building and leading a high-performing product and engineering team is essential, providing mentorship and cultivating a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.

Serving as a liaison between leadership, product, and engineering teams, you will ensure clear communication of vision, progress, and solutions. Additionally, you will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure the success and impact of solution delivery, driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have over 15 years of progressive experience in Data, AI/ML, and technology leadership roles. A proven track record in developing and executing data and AI strategies that deliver measurable business value is essential.

Expertise in modern data architectures, AI/ML tools, and cloud-native development practices is required. A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure—preferably Microsoft Azure—is important, along with strong knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and automation frameworks.

Comprehensive knowledge of data governance, data protection regulations, and compliance standards is necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor high-performing technical teams effectively.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills are required, with experience influencing C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Strong project management capabilities across cross-functional teams, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, are critical for success.

Job Type and Compensation

This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 900,000 to Rs 950,000.
