Job Summary
We are looking for a committed professional to oversee the receipt and repair of mobile phones sent by customers and distributors. This role requires maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the repair process, studying specialized technical materials related to mobile phone maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also support management in various operational tasks aimed at improving overall performance, provide prompt feedback on any issues, and respond to technical inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, the role includes covering for service consultants during peak times or absences and performing other duties as assigned by the Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and handling of mobile phones sent for repair from both customers and distributors, ensuring ongoing communication to keep all parties informed.
- Study and apply technical materials and guidance documents related to mobile phone repair and maintenance to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Address customer needs and demands effectively, striving to maintain and enhance satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
- Assist managers, directors, and executives by supporting various tasks that contribute to operational improvements and overall business performance.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on issues encountered during the repair process and monitor the progress of their resolution.
- Respond professionally and knowledgeably to technical and professional questions raised by customers, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
- Act as a backup for the service consultant when necessary, particularly during busy periods or staff absences, to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director to support the team and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage equipment maintenance and electrical repair tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site at the Gujrat location.
