Job Summary
TechTone Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a motivated and confident female Customer Sales Representative to join our growing BPO team based at F8 Markaz, Islamabad. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, your primary role will involve conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our company’s products and services. Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers through clear and effective communication is essential. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least six months of experience in telesales or within a BPO environment. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is crucial for effective communication with clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to persuade potential customers and successfully close sales. We are looking for self-driven, target-oriented individuals who maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Please note that applications will only be considered from female candidates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 65,000, which will be determined based on your experience. In addition to the base pay, attractive commissions and performance bonuses are provided to reward your sales achievements. Employees enjoy a paid day off and a fixed weekly holiday on Sunday, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Our office hours run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet balanced daily schedule.
