We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead JDFL into its next chapter of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for defining strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strong financial performance. This role demands extensive experience in the regulated financial services sector, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: The CEO will develop and implement JDFL’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term goals. This includes identifying growth opportunities and steering the organization to maintain its competitive edge.
Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and optimal use of resources. The CEO will be accountable for maintaining cost-effectiveness while upholding operational standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks, including those set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Upholding exemplary corporate governance standards is critical.
Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s financial health through comprehensive budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. The CEO will drive profitability and sustainable growth while safeguarding financial stability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, regulators, customers, and employees. Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential to the role.
Innovation and Growth: Lead initiatives to innovate JDFL’s product and service offerings, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of fintech advancements. Explore new markets and business opportunities to fuel expansion.
Team Leadership: Inspire and develop the senior management team and the broader workforce. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Candidates must have 11 to 13 years of senior management experience, preferably within the regulated financial services sector. Proven leadership success and strong relationships with regulatory bodies such as SBP and SECP are essential.
Education: A postgraduate degree is highly preferred, ideally in Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Candidates with established high-level relationships in banking, SECP, and other government entities will be given preference. Those who are intelligent, eager to learn, and adaptable to Chinese work habits are also favored.
