Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Laravel Developer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web applications to ensure they are high-performing and scalable. This role demands a proactive professional who can work independently as well as collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with both team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Developing scalable and efficient backend systems using Laravel and PHP will be your primary focus. You will also create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces employing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React/Next. Writing and maintaining high-quality code by following Laravel best practices, including thorough testing and version control with Git, is essential.

You will integrate APIs and connect with third-party services to extend application functionality. Ensuring application security by implementing best practices to protect sensitive data and systems is a critical part of your duties. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for deployed applications, including troubleshooting, updates, and performance optimization.

Meeting deadlines and delivering tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication about project milestones is expected. Writing clean, well-documented code with strong expertise in jQuery, JSON, and Ajax will be necessary to maintain code quality and facilitate collaboration.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of hands-on experience in Laravel development. Practical knowledge of MVC frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter is required. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Adaptability to a rapidly changing work environment will help you thrive in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with open-source platforms such as WordPress and OpenCart will be considered a strong advantage. Expertise in WordPress plugin development is highly desirable. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React/Next will further strengthen your application.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi City, operating on a day shift schedule. The application deadline is June 20, 2025.
