Job Summary
Delenzo Group is looking for a skilled and motivated PR and Influencer Marketing professional to join their team onsite in Lahore. This role focuses on designing and executing strategic public relations campaigns that elevate the company’s brand presence and reputation. The ideal candidate will be proactive in building and nurturing relationships with key influencers and media partners, coordinating promotional events, and managing the production and dissemination of press releases and media content. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and strengthening the company’s reputation in the market.
- Identify, engage, and maintain strong partnerships with influencers and media outlets to extend the reach and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events and brand activations that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Create, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other relevant content to appropriate channels to ensure consistent and positive media coverage.
- Monitor the performance of PR and influencer marketing campaigns by analyzing key metrics and preparing reports to guide future strategies and improve effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a PR and influencer marketing role, demonstrating the ability to manage campaigns and media relations successfully.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based onsite in Lahore. The role requires the candidate to work in person and actively contribute to the company’s marketing and communication efforts. The expected start date for this position is June 17, 2025. Candidates should be prepared to engage fully with the team and support the company’s objectives through strategic PR and influencer initiatives.
