Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Admin Executive with at least three years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing various administrative tasks that support the seamless functioning of our organization. This role demands precision in handling documentation, financial transactions, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Ensure all critical registration documents are regularly updated and maintained. This includes government records, supplier information, ISO certifications, firm registrations, and company profile enhancements.
- Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash transactions diligently, keep accurate records, and perform timely reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Employee Records: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee files, attendance logs, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reporting to SBP: Maintain Intend Commission records meticulously and submit required reports promptly to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Staff Circulars: Prepare, distribute, and manage internal staff circulars to facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role with proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills paired with effective communication capabilities to handle diverse administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support documentation and reporting needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Understanding of government regulations, ISO standards, and supplier documentation processes is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The role is scheduled to commence on June 18, 2025.
