Job Summary
Glow is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team full-time, working on-site. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company’s growth by proactively identifying and engaging potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads that align with our product offerings and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
You will initiate outbound outreach to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. The objective is to spark interest in Glow’s products and services and create new business opportunities. Your proactive approach will be vital in expanding our customer base.
Qualification:
Engage prospects with targeted questions to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals. This qualification process ensures that only well-suited leads are passed on to the Account Executives, optimizing the sales team’s efforts and increasing conversion rates.
Scheduling Meetings:
Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified leads and Account Executives. Your role is to facilitate a seamless transition that maximizes the effectiveness of follow-up sales discussions.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions, statuses, and follow-up activities within the CRM system. You will also monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, helping to evaluate performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Outbound Sales Experience:
Proven success in outbound sales or telemarketing roles, especially those involving high-volume calling and lead generation, is required. You should be comfortable making numerous contacts daily and maintaining persistence.
B2B Experience:
Experience in business-to-business sales environments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with technology or SaaS industries will be considered a significant advantage.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. You must be able to engage prospects effectively and clearly convey the value proposition of Glow’s solutions.
Adaptability:
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is critical. You should be comfortable adapting to new strategies, tools, and shifting priorities as needed.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track communications, and generate reports on sales activities is essential for this role.
