Job Summary
Human Appeal Pakistan, a branch of the UK-based global humanitarian and development organization, is seeking qualified individuals, firms, companies, and organizations to submit bids for the installation of water supply systems across various districts of Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This tender opportunity involves the installation of Deep Water Wells (DWWs) and Hand Pumps (HPs) under framework agreements, with contract durations ranging from one to one and a half years. Human Appeal Pakistan is dedicated to saving lives, reducing poverty, and empowering communities through impartial and sustainable development programs. The selected partners will play a vital role in advancing these goals by delivering essential water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit bids/offers in stamped and signed PDF format, adhering strictly to the tender requirements.
- Ensure that bids are submitted separately for each tender code via the designated email addresses.
- Comply fully with the specifications, quantity, and quality standards detailed in the tender documents.
- Operate within the terms and conditions outlined in the framework agreements for the installation of Deep Water Wells and Hand Pumps.
- Maintain close coordination with Human Appeal Pakistan for any clarifications or additional information needed during the bidding process.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable sales and income tax registration requirements throughout the contract period.

Required Qualifications
- The bidding entity must be a registered firm, company, or organization with valid sales and income tax registration.
- Proven experience and technical capability in installing water supply infrastructure, specifically Deep Water Wells and Hand Pumps.
- Ability to submit complete, accurate, and compliant bids in the prescribed format within the specified deadlines.
- Capacity to fulfill contractual obligations for a duration of one to one and a half years, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
