Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad on a full-time basis. This role is well-suited for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher, whether you are an experienced call center professional or a fresh graduate eager to start your career. The primary focus of this position is to manage customer inquiries efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication and organizational skills. The role requires working on-site with rotational 8-hour shifts, six days a week, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer problems effectively to promote satisfaction and foster customer retention.
- Utilize social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer to assist with communication and enhance customer engagement across digital channels.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not essential; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer is required to support customer engagement efforts.
