Job Summary
Beauty Pouch PK is looking for enthusiastic female Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our team in the beauty and skincare industry. This full-time role operates from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer inquiries across various communication channels including email, phone, chat, and social media. Your primary focus will be assisting customers with product-related questions, order support, and processing returns efficiently. You will ensure a smooth and satisfying post-purchase experience, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and collaboration with internal teams are essential parts of this role. Importantly, this position emphasizes excellent service delivery without any sales targets or pressure.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in eCommerce customer service, ideally within the beauty, skincare, fashion, or apparel sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to engage professionally and clearly with customers.
