Job Summary
MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a well-established contracting firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, is seeking a dedicated full-time Planning Engineer to join our team on-site at the Gandhara Dynamics Project in Fateh Jang. As a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality project execution. The Planning Engineer will be instrumental in developing and managing project schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed project schedules and budgets that align with the project’s technical specifications and timelines. Monitoring and tracking project progress is essential, along with preparing comprehensive reports to keep management informed. The role involves analyzing current workflows and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Active participation in project meetings is expected to coordinate activities and communicate updates effectively. The Planning Engineer will delegate tasks to team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity. Ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle is critical.

Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close coordination with managers, supervisors, contractors, suppliers, surveyors, and engineers. The Planning Engineer will review technical drawings to accurately estimate material needs and associated costs. Managing daily operations such as work scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control will be part of the routine to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in planning and project management within the construction or MEP sector is required. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project and Primavera is essential for effective planning and tracking.

Strong planning and project management skills are necessary, along with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and logical reasoning abilities. Maintaining focus under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines are crucial traits for success in this role.
