We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring operational excellence at the store level. This role focuses on driving sales growth and expanding the presence of our client’s brands through hands-on leadership and effective team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards, motivating the team, and fostering an environment that supports continuous sales improvement.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to achieve and exceed sales targets at the store level by actively managing and guiding the Brand Ambassadors. Daily sales reporting is essential to monitor progress, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Conducting consumer surveys will provide valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviors, enabling the team to tailor their approach effectively. Ensuring that Brand Ambassadors possess thorough product knowledge is critical for engaging customers confidently and driving sales conversions. This role demands a proactive approach to leadership, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and maintaining a motivated and knowledgeable team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with both team members and customers. A hardworking and motivated attitude is essential to meet and surpass sales goals consistently. Additionally, a presentable and professional appearance is required to represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
