Job Summary
We are a forward-thinking and dynamic team committed to helping businesses build a strong digital presence through engaging and innovative online experiences. We are currently seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer who possesses a sharp eye for detail and a passion for contemporary, interactive design. In this role, you will work closely with developers and play a pivotal part in shaping impactful digital products. Your primary responsibility will be designing user-centered landing pages and websites that align with business goals, while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for landing pages, websites, and mobile applications will be your core focus. You will utilize Figma and other design tools to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Managing design projects from initial concept through to final delivery is essential, ensuring all outputs are consistent and aligned with client objectives.

You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts and user journeys to stakeholders. Conducting user research and usability testing is also a critical part of your role, enabling you to analyze feedback and continuously enhance the user experience. Additionally, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a valuable bonus that can help elevate design deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years of professional experience in UI/UX design is required. You should demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma, particularly in creating detailed mockups and interactive prototypes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as is a deep understanding of usability principles, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Rs130,000 - Rs140,000 per month
