Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial documents, including Financial Statements, Financial Projections, Feasibility Studies, Management Reports, Business Plans, and Sales Analysis. Additionally, the role involves creating professional PowerPoint presentations as required by the firm or clients.

Managing client accounts is a critical part of the position, utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage, Xero, and Zoho to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. The candidate will also supervise and monitor the performance of the accounting team, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met and quality standards are upheld.

Handling statutory compliance tasks is essential, including UK VAT filings, Annual Assessments, and Companies House submissions. Clear and professional communication is vital, as the Assistant Manager will draft emails and maintain effective correspondence with both clients and internal team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold one of the following qualifications: CA Intermediate or be part-qualified with completed articles, or possess an M.Com or MBA degree with a strong accounting background.

A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in accounting or finance is required, demonstrating the ability to manage client accounts and lead a team effectively. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for clear communication with international clients and colleagues.
