Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities related to our ERP software solutions. Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients will be a core part of your role. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers is essential to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty. You will analyze client requirements to provide tailored ERP recommendations that best fit their business needs. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be necessary to enhance customer engagement and align sales strategies. Additionally, maintaining accurate sales records and submitting weekly performance reports will be expected to track progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. You must have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in ERP software sales, demonstrating your ability to meet targets and close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are critical to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. We seek a self-starter with a results-driven mindset who can work independently while managing priorities efficiently. Comfort with a hybrid working environment and a flexible schedule is also necessary to succeed in this role.
